Rescued Boulder Recipe Merchant can spawn at depths of 75+
He sells the following:
- Tracking Potion recipes of various colors – 300 Inert Geodes each, repeatable purchase, tradable
Crafted potions are not tradable. When used, tracking potions highlight enemy outlines from behind the walls in a color of the potion. Effect lasts only in a Delve where potion was used.
Once unlocked, these recipes show up on Delve Recipes tab in 
Delve Workbench
- Various Decorative Banner recipes (10) – 50 Inert Geodes per recipe, each type is limited to 10 purchases only, tradable
Crafted banners remain tradable, but they can not be deconstructed back into materials. Once unlocked, Decorative Banners can be crafted at Delve Workbench using one Banner Standard and 20 Inert Geodes per each. Crafted Decorative Banners are multiple blocks tall decorations that can be placed in Club worlds and on Cornerstones.
