Instead of Worn Sail Saltwater Sam NPC now sells Lootseeker's Mainsail. Worn sail is now unlocked together with the Ship: SS Dinghy. Ships purchased before the update will be able to unlock the sail aswell. Separate Worn sails purchased before the update unlock the sail, but not the boat.
