Hey, so I just tried to redeem my code, but it says that it's invalid. I haven't done the giveaway before, and I don't even have that mount... Any idea of what happened?

so i entered the code then logged in, the code said it was already used or was expired

I have pc and ps4. First code said it was already used. 2nd said it worked and I have not gotten mount. Has been days. What can I do? I love mounts =(

OK, well I have a lvl15 so I'll have to grind to lvl20 to confirm. If anyone has a lvl20, please confirm if this is working

It does work on console, one of your charachters has to reach lvl 20 first tho

It has worked for many people, however some on consoles are taking a while to arrive. Please make sure you have followed the steps properly. The giveaway will remain open.
