To help others who claim to see the invalid code message, what was the issue for you?

Are you certain you followed the steps through properly by linking your console to your glyph account first?

Do we really have to be level 20 to get this on console? If not, how long can I expect to wait for it? It seems so many others are having this issue as well. I already purchased something from the store as a refresher but still no luck.

I put the code in trovegame/redeem.com but it takes me straight to glyph and says its invalid.

did you use the trovegame.com/redeem site? you are't meant to use the glyph launcher

yes it works on consoles, although some people are experiencing delays getting them, i dont know the reason, but some have found that refreshing the store by buying one of the free items helps you to receive it

make sure you are using the trovegame.com/redeem page to try and not the launcher, the notes are all throughout this page

nevermind! I figured the trove redeem was just like the website. You have to go to the website, the launcher will not work!

I didn't get it till yesterday. I was level 20 then but I had bought a gem box. Etaew is right, u need a store refresher
