Volatile since this is a crit proc build, go with explosive if you are making a more farming focused build, this build encompasses both farming and dps. tl:dr farming: explosive dps: volatile

sorry for late reply - been busy moving country. At 25k beamer is very helpful for dmg output since it's dmg scales off your own values, you should be using sure strike instead of beamer if your ch is below 80 but as you said its over 100% so stick to beamer for the best dmg output. (also if youre still struggling to stay alive try using vampiric emb instead of beamer)

don't listen to other players who tell you that the LL sucks, only play the farming class you like and you'll be a good farmer ;)

Volatile Velocity will not impact projectile speed or range, please double check.

Raptor berserker has the same ability as Animated jug, but it provides an additional 300 light, so Raptor is okay unless it's for Delv, Levi, and Cosmic Gem Farming.
