I'm not sure how much you can get with all the speed procs, but with dodge you can definetly go above 220 if only for a few seconds on neon.

I love this UI. There are only 3 things I wish would be added. Making the chat smaller, the ability to right click chat names, and make the lettering white from the pop up window when you add a friend or write on a sign.
