UPDATE Last weeks a club did level Rally of Heroes from lvl2 to lvl3 and everthing was fine, no "dead spot". After this good news, we immediately jumped on another club, removed the lvl3 Rally of Heroes with the "dead spot" and put up a new one... but the dead spot was still there. We tried to overwrite the spot, but you can't build anything on that spot. We moved the Rally of Heroes 2 blocks to the right so that we can edit the fixture as we want. ??? I actually have the same issue for weeks now, hopefully it get fixed.

Edit: I take it back , the problem still happening .
