They won't refresh limited items. For fragment, you have to find or "refresh" (exit the area and reneter) the Sir Luck to get 5 of them.

This event is not on Nintendo switch. I am very disappointed because I was never able to try out the event as the only other platform I can play trove on is Xbox which is broken. I’m disappointed in the devs for not taking the time to put it on switch.
