For lvling i highly recommend using ER on the ring/spear, i'm using at the ring right now, thats useful, cuz i kill everything about 3-5 swings, but the plan is swaping it for MF later

The Stinging Curse DoT stacks multiple times and scales with the martial emblem and arcane emblems.

The CD as the second stat is more of a future proofing, incase we ever get enough attack speed from dragons to drop it from the gear. I'm sorry this build doesn't cater to the early game.
