This is pretty much the build i use on my boomer main right now on console.  I have the hydrakken instead of shock cause it gives other bonuses as well as the +50 mf. The pink pinata ally is an alt to shock as well. Once i get enough dragons tho i may switch it to the prowling shadow cat ally for the health leach and movement speed. Ive also got all my lesser gems and most of my empowered gems as 3 stat gems with PH CH and CD so i have enough CH that i dont need the surestrike emblem and ha...

Lunar lancer gives a physical damage boost but gunslinger is magic, dino tamer helps because it can root them in place 

I think lunar lancer is a better choice

evn if it is bad the november update will make it one of the strongest class

Alright i thpught he was special or something and did MD instead of Pd then got confused when it said both

There is no stat called critical chance, only critical hit and damage.
So what do i put in place of that?

Actually, if you would search on google (instead of being an idiot and just saying "FAKE XD"), it used to be in the test server but it got changed before the update going live.

This build is still viable ? Or now we have better builds ?

What about valorous vial, for when you have around 50-60% crit chance?

You could add the Dino Time class gem for this build since its based on keeping your ult up all the time.

If reaching over 100% critical hit from gems, I suggest replacing the CH from Ring and Weapon to Jump on weapon, and MF on ring, as well as MF on hat and keep the MH% on face, Surestrike can also be replaced with Unyielding for 3 second immunity to damage (unless it's DotM's instagib) or even Bountiful for a chance to not use a flask charge.

Did they get rid of the 40% innate CH at level 30?

you don't really need energy regen for a Shadow hunter with CG..
