I think you can exchange Condensing Vial for Valorous Vial.

Can you name all the gear, Like ring, Hat, Weapon, etc

How you have 2B hp without any hp gear ?

Shadow hunter and ice sage are good im pretty sure but i personally use knight for the speed and more flasks

subclass to Knight: pirate is better cause 140mf=better drops and area damage to help in cursed skull waves. you will not use your mount to run cause is TOOO SLOWWW.  Death-Defying Vial: is the worst flasks for farming, conjurer is better cause you can have "INFINITE POTS"(depending of your MF) if you use Death-Defying you will need to refill so much times.  Rapt Berserker: is a good ally but only give mov speed when you kill anything with 5 seconds duration (in dungeon to dungeon it m...

Oh well I definitely wouldn't even start a build if you don't have DD flask; it is pretty much essential for any DPS character.

Health Is Important For Uber 9 / 10 And Especially ST. The More Health You Have, The Less Often You Will Die. Cubic Curtain Is Great For Survivability In ST. So That’s Why I Chose Them.

Change the subclass to Knight, use Death-Defying Vial for the flask, change the ally to Rapt Berserker, and (I know you said change jump to magic find) you might want to at least have a little bit of jump, around 25 to 50, in order to maximize movement speed in the air.

The only things I would change about this build are the stat selections for the gear as well as the gem abilities. I would exchange the mh on the hat and ch on the weapon for another stat such as ms or mf. For the gems, I would swap cubic curtain for stinging curse (for ST purposes).

You can't have 3 empowered water gems socketed. 

Don't you have to socket an Empowered Fire Gem, Empowered Air Gem and Empowered Water Gem along with an Empowered Cosmic Gem?  You show 3 Empowered Water Gems above and the Empowered Cosmic Gem.
