Collections DB Fixes

We've tweaked our collections importer due to a report of missing tomes, we've found them, also found some additional changes.

Maintaining an custom importer is a lot of work and relies on user reports when it comes to incorrect information. We encourage you to keep reporting things that you think are incorrect.

I bought myself an Essentials Pack for reward tokens and I didn't applied it that day. A few days later when a tried it, it said " We're sorry, but the voucher is either expired or has already been used.". What should I do know?
