Improvements to shared libs

Fix to Main lib for check boxes

A new setting hides the world tooltip for a rarity and everything below it, so a floor of common drops stops answering the pointer. Off by default.

The options for this mod now appear in the Mod Settings tab of Zakros UI - Settings.

Optimization: the fish table is built into the mod instead of being unpacked the first time a fish is shown.
