T-758: Wrong stats description for "Minor Star of Mining and Heartiness" (star inside starchart)

Issue Details

Context:

Making a calculator on a spreadsheet in order to find the maximum health possible on a class.

Expected:

Finding right values based on each items/effects descriptions that gives maximum health stat.

Reproduce:

1: Reset your starchart
2: then check your stat Maximum Health% (and remember it value)
3: upgrade starchart in order to have "Minor Star of Mining and Heartiness" activated.
4: check again your stat Maximum Health% and you will see that it has increased by 10%.

in reality, "Minor Star of Mining and Heartiness" gives 10% of Maximum Health%, but it's description says 5%.
