T-682: 19.62 bronze Trophy cant be dropped on PS EU

After over a year of fishing i am pretty sure thats a glitch/bug. Cause me and other PS EU fish collector have been fishing for a lot (prob over 1M fished only 3 of us) and body have seen One. When the First time i joined PC server i asked a collector tò check and he have a lot of them. (So cant even be that much rare)
