Issue Details

Platform:PC

Context:

on first video you can see how the VFX that indicated the enemy position shifts when reloaded, and on second how it "lands" after falling from a block; there is an elite mob there, and only the VFX of the powerups are there

Expected:

all enemies to appear and be able to be dealt with

Reproduce:

walk around any adventure world, look for elite mob's powerups VFX on the floor(a boss tracker mod will come handy for this)

As stated it is from a quest npc that is hidden until conditions are met.

I think I have found the culprit, it could be that it is no enemy after all but a not-currently-available quest npc from the new update https://imgur.com/a/Zo8vFMp
