T-567: fishing lure reed yields 3 lures; feedback ignored prior to pushing the change to live

Expected:

the plant to yield 150 lures

Reproduce:

plant a fishing lure reed seed and harvest it, check its yield amount
this change has unbalanced it compared to the other plants; players tried to give feedback on the change prior to it being pushed to live but were ignored
the reason it's so bad is that a lure can be loot collected into 5 glim, drastically nerfing the plant's glim yield from 750 to only 15
at this point there's no justification for keeping the plant's yield amount so low; it's been a long time since the fishing update, and adjustments are needed to restore balance
