T-51: Forges title text has been moved down

**What happened:** noticed the "**FORGE**" text on the ui is not on the right place, its below the black area *(not using mods for the forge that could cause it)* the text also have incorrect position in: **CHAOS FORGE**, **ENHANCTED FORGE**
**What did you expect to happen:** the text should be on the black area
