T-517: Tooltips regarding Empty Gem Sockets and Class Gem Keys are incorrect

Expected:

I expect the empty gem slot's tooltip to have correct information; same with class gem keys

Reproduce:

Open gem page of the character sheet. Look at a slot that does not have a gem in it.
The slot at the bottom will say "Socketed Gems need Re-Gemerators to be removed."
That sentence is no longer true.

As for Class Gem Key: Open your inventory and hover over the class gem key.
The tooltip says "This key grants a Stellar Empowered Gem with ..."
Which is no longer correct; as you can get both Stellar -and- Crystal Class gems using the key in both Everdark U8 and Everdark U9.

I believe these are on all platforms, not just xbox. However since I'm on xbox I'm posting it as affecting the one that I can directly see.
