T-472: When logging in the only chat available is world chat. No gobal, no clubs, just world chat.

Context:

Logging into trove and saw the chats looked odd

Expected:

I expect that when I log into trove, that all my chats will load properly. After which I should be able to change my chat channels and talk in any of them.

Reproduce:

This is very uncommon for me (only happened a 3 or 4 times in the last month), however for a friend it is every few logins. I am unsure how easy it is to reproduce.

On xbox, login from dashboard. When you login it will load in your chats, however on occasion instead of loading the chats you will be locked to world chat instead without the ability to swap to global / clubs / etc. To fix, close game and re-login.
