T-468: When scrolling through the Chaotic Combinator -> Costumes Tab: If you scroll too fast you can crash to dashboard. I have had it happen twice today with the costumes; and had it happen once

Context:

Standing in club world looking for a specific costume for a club member via the Chaotic Combinator

Expected:

To be able to scroll through the list without crashing. I was looking for a boomeranger costume so I was scrolling through to find the boomeranger section of the list, and crashed.

Reproduce:

Not sure if it matters for platform on this one, but I did this on Xbox.
Open the Chaotic Combinator and choose the Costumes Tab.

Scroll through the costumes till it dashboards you. Didn't take very long of searching the costume names to crash for me.

I tried to get a clip of it, but I have no way to getting xbox to record once the game itself closes.
