Context:

Clearing dungeons in uber-11 world

Expected:

Gain more experience in uber-11 comparing to uber-10

Reproduce:

Clear dungeons. This is for paragon levels, no idea if this is the case for pre-paragon ones. Prime and topside uber-11 and 10 worlds give same amount of xp (13 673 with 195 xp gain), while elemental (water, air, fire) give bit less with same xp gain (13 400)
