T-160: World tooltips closing also causes UI tooltips to be closed

Context:

Looking at an item in my inventory while waiting for the next Delve depth to load, and the tooltip for the item I was hovering kept disappearing

Expected:

The tooltip for the item I was hovering over to remain on screen

Reproduce:

1. Stand somewhere so that some world item which creates a world tooltip is 10 or so blocks in front of you.


2. Begin walking towards this item and open your inventory.


3. Hover over an item in your inventory so a UI tooltip displays before getting close to this world tooltip item.


4. Observe that as soon as you pass the item which creates a world tooltip so that it hides/closes, the game also hides the UI tooltip for the item you were hovering over.
