T-120: Anyone able to confirm if allies that give "crafting speed" actually increases their crafting speed?

    [content] => Anyone able to confirm if allies that give "crafting speed" actually increases their crafting speed? I tried crafting some stuff with Lovely Hollywing, which the description claims gives "15 Crafting Speed", but I did not really notice a difference (patron was active):
