Club presidents spawn at the rally of heroes instead of the normal club spawn where everyone besides presidents spawn.

Fixtures dont always despawn/gets removed from their old location when placed in a new. I now have 3 Trovian Clubit Unions in my club that all works (and that I can't remove).
