    [content] => there's no ghost memento entry on pc. there's only 3 hidden entries for the uplands dream monsters and they are basically flagged as "these might not ever show up in delves but we just made the mementos already in case we add them some day in the future." don't think any of those 3 is related to the bug on console though, i think they just messed up and pushed a blank entry
