Have you already claimed the mount? Does it appear in your list of codes claimed on the Trion page?

You only need to claim it once, you can check the codes you have applied on your Trion account. If it definitely isn't there, you can try typing the code in, instead of copying and pasting to make sure no extra characters are getting in there.

It says I have already claimed the mount and I have waited an 1 hour and still have not got the mount, please explain why?

I claimed a code, then I redeemed it, though it said it was already claimed. I claimed it 3 times in the stand of 2 days and the same results. (I did this on a mobile device)

Can you check you didn't try to claim the code twice by checking in your Glyph Transaction History, it has a list of codes you have claimed.

What were the steps you took to claim and redeem the code, and when you said it didn't work, what do you mean exactly?
