Do you mean the 'Forge a Crystalline Weapon' quest step? You should be able to craft any recipe on the [Sunseeker's Crystalforge] to progress your questline. It was changed at some point after the initial Gearcrafting patch to 'Forge Crystal Gear' that points you to the Gearcrafting Forge instead, but its possible the platform you play on does not have this change yet....

Worst update ever. 0.2% for paragon's mark, knowing how much paragon pinatas are being dropped on prime paragon level, that's just illegal... 200 pinatas opened today, 0 marks... 24 paragon's marks are needed to get all allies/mounts/boat from paragon workbench. That is just not doable. GG
