Can  someone please tell me how to get these?

it was applied, then it was likely used up when you gathered the 20 dragon coins for the quest... its hard to see, but it has an icon on the upper left of the screen, below your xp bar.

i finished the quests and the 10 dragon coin boost was not used on my account but was in my claims. the temporary 10 dragon coin boost item is not applied to my account after finishing the quests. please help.

oooh i have an idea. they should make snake mounts. but not like the mount with the same model as the caterpillar ones. im talking actual snake mounts that slither like the amperium dragon. and my idea is that you need a thing called a serpant talisman to craft them. just an idea

It re-rolls the boost from one stat to another stat without you needing to reroll with sparks the stats on the gem. For example: a gem that rolls 1/1/1 with  pd/ cd / ch could have a flare used on ch to make the boost go on pd or cd without needing to use sparks to change the stats around to roll on the correct boost. 

How do these differ from chaos sparks ?
