Likely this uses a method of Prefab/Binfab modding and that's what it replaces, but the mod hasn't been updated to remove the binfab/prefab file.

You find this randomly as a Resplendent (rainbow) hat, but to get the style, you have to loot collect it.
If you already loot collected it, you can do an easy search.

This ally looks really nice, but I see a problem with how you do the crest designs on the skirt and the head. It has corner-touching voxels which is a BIG no-no for Trove. I would advise you to add voxels so that this doesnt happen. Also there's too much white in the design and not enough contrast to really make the ally more cohesive. Play around with adding some dark blues or pinks and it should be fine.
