Hotfix 4/1/15

A minor hotfix was deployed today, addressing several Fish 'N' Ships-related issues.

Fixed bug where logging out while fishing will cause bobber to stay in the water, and the player to be in a bad state upon relogin until fishing again
Saltwater Sam no longer wanders off in the hub.
Fixed item quantities not displayed in Saltwater Sam's store.
Fixed bug where boat movement speed was reduced in water
Fix to fishing sound problem.
Fixed crash that could occur when a nearby player fished

We will do another hotfix later this week to address the UI issues and a few other small bugs.
