PTS - Testing Info

Hi guys,

The PTS has been very helpful for us - you guys have found and alerted us to a lot of bad bugs, and we couldn't be more thankful. To keep this sort of focused testing going the PTS will only be open for limited time frames.

Here are important bits of info for the PTS:

• PTS will only be open for limited time tests, likely on weekends. While PTS is open, this forum will also be visible alongside it. Please post any feedback or bugs you find!
• To help you all get a leg up to test the content, we'll be granting items in a similar style to login rewards!

Account Copy to PTS

• To improve your ability to test content of various levels we have implemented optional live account copy to the PTS.
• To copy your characters to PTS just login to the live servers and type /exportaccount
• You'll see a message in the lower-right of your screen to indicate the transfer was successful (it can take an hour or two for your characters to appear on the PTS).
• If you copy your account to the PTS this will overwrite any previously available PTS characters you've created. CS will not help to restore anything on the PTS.
