I feel like beams should be just a little thicker, and the vfx on loot under shadows should be removed. Then this would be close to perfect.

The beam is too thin. Did a 10 minutes fast farming, and hardly could catch up with loot.

Take a look at NikonPix's version of the loot VFX - that's the visibility level at which you'll never miss a gear. =)
