Originally concepted as a Fae-based costume with the premise of being a thief using a staff as an improvised instrument, which adapted into being a Frontier-based highwayman, then the thief motif was dropped entirely in favor of a vagabond that, as a parallel to the original Bard, uses an arcanium prosthetic to infuse and power its musical abilities.

May revisit some of the early forms this project took as a different mod entirely, but I'm very happy with the end result.
