If you've spent $5 in Trove since the start of PS4 beta you should already have Disaeon, the Immortal unlocked. That's the bonus dragon being granted on top of any purchase. Check to see if you already have it in your Collections.

If you have PlayStation Plus there is a Prismatic Lasercorn mount available to claim in the Deals tab of the Trove Store.

Those are two separate items. Sorry for any confusion.
