Examples of when an image or video is needed in a player report:
- An example of when an image screenshot is enough criteria needed is when a player’s name or chat messages contain offensive text, names, or language even if they are trying to avoid chat filters. Images are necessary when concerning, but not limited to, the use of inappropriate names, harassment, advertising services or websites for accounts/currency/items transactions for real world money, dev/staff impersonation, distributing cheats, or phishing.
- An example of when a video is additionally needed is when a player is hacking or using an outside program that causes their character to automate playing, speed hack, or teleport in ways that are not normal in game. Just an image will not be enough evidence to support this sort of claim, so please record a video of this instance to report these actions. Videos are necessary when concerning, but not limited to, the use of unfair play by using third-party programs, botting, hacking, bug exploitation, or any other method to gain an unintended advantage.

This video can not be sped up, visually modified, or partially showing the game in order to be properly reviewed. The video file being submitted must be uploaded through our support ticket page.
If the file size is too large to submit, we also accept downloadable files through your preferred file sharing websites like Dropbox, PlusTransfer, WeTransfer, etc. to be included in the report submission. Please note that file sharing websites are not affiliated with gamigo and we are not held accountable for any potential harm from using their services, even if listed here.

In regards to video recordings overall, we take these matters very seriously and for legal reasons have to meet these standards in order correctly issue the appropriate action for reported players. Only including a video link from a YouTube, Twitch, other media channels or external hosting websites are not sufficient enough, as the video will be reviewed and digitally stored when any action is issued upon a reported account in this manner. You can include an additional image or video of the reportable actions to make it easier to identify, but a full screen, unedited video is still required to confirm the actions being taken and the game being played. Thanks for your understanding.
Additional Reminders Regarding Code of Conduct:
- The reporter (player reporting on someone else) needs to be the one contacting customer support and filing the report. People can not report on behalf of another player. The reporter also should not be performing any questionable actions themselves.
- If you have already submitted a report, but feel your submission did not meet the requirements listed above, please reply to an existing ticket or submit a new ticket with full information (be sure to include a Dropbox, PlusTransfer, WeTransfer, etc. link for recorded videos).
- Screenshots used for reporting must show the entire game and can not be altered or cut off. For example, images that are zoomed in, cut off, taken with a phone, do not show the complete game, are obstructed from viewing important things (like time, date, server, names, chat), or have written or circled areas drawn over them will not be accepted as evidence.
- Do not call out or report players on the forums or other social channels, these should be reported to customer support and will be handled privately. You will receive confirmation on a report being submitted, but there is no confirmation when an account has been actioned upon in this manner.
- Do not purchase or trust players that are promoting services or websites for selling accounts/currency/items for real world money. These actions are likely a scam and we do not condone these actions. Please report the player to customer support and understand that we are not able to reimburse for any losses from a transaction like this.
- Reports of misconduct are for in-game actions only, so conversations or actions outside of the game (like Discord messages, Twitch chat discussions) are not actionable by the customer support team. Please report and/or block them on those chat channels being used for that discussion.

Hey there,
I checked on this with some experts and it should be working. It can take a bit of time for it to load, but it should load normally. Trovesaurus also finished an updated guide to dungeon creation recently that may help other builders, but what you've done so far should be working.

Starting on February 5, 2019 you can earn rewards by helping Diggsly track down his missing shadow during the two-week Subterranean Scramble event!
You’ll also earn daily login rewards for each day of the event, but the best loot is picked up by taking part in the search and completing new adventures to earn Diggsly Coins. Find Mortsdot, the son of Todstrom, hanging out in the Hub. He’ll sell you goodies in exchange for your collected Diggsly Coins.
Also, during Subterranean Scramble, you’ll find Promising Bronze and Silver Eggs in the Geode caves. Use a Lodestar on these special eggs for a guaranteed chance at the next rarity level.
Greater Geode Caches will also grant Lodestars instead of Crystals while this event is live. If you prefer Crystals to Lodestars, you’ll be able to pick up 1250 for each Lodestar broken down in the Loot Collector.
Our friends at Trovesaurus have a guide to the event you can find here.
Also, jump into their Discord channel to discuss this event, the game in general, find groups to explore with, and much more!
Thanks for playing!

Looking for a great guide to the festivities? Check out this post from our friends at Trovesaurus.
Shadow’s Eve
Each of the 8 Shadow’s Eve Adventures awards players with a new event reward called Shadowy Seals. You can also earn these seals every day by completing the repeatable Outpost Adventures offered by NPC in front of the Pumpkin House in the Trove Hub.
Each Shadowy Seal can be used at the Shadowy Station to craft scary epic items. Collect 10 Seals to craft the Bewitching Howlug ally. Collect 25 more to craft these gorgeous new Neon Hallowings!
Pumpkin Lairs are back in full force and can appear in any biome, including Forbidden Spires. Complete these dungeons to earn Candy Corn that can be used to craft Nightmare Mystery Boxes and other creepy collectables at the Shadowy Station.
The Colossal Chiropteran and the Uncanny Coffin, which were last year’s Mystery Box top prizes, can be crafted by anyone who missed out on them before.
When completing a 1-Star Dungeon, Todstrom has a chance to appear instead of a reward chest. Defeat him for an extra treat – Candy Corn and a rare chance at a Mobile Mummy mount!
Several sought after Halloween styles have been added to the Autumn Style Unlocker – Freaky Frankie, Moonhowl Mask, Brusque Broom, Bat Bow, and Pumpkin Pounder. In addition to all that, we’ve added 3 new hats styles to the unlocker as well - Pumpkin Pie-rate Hat, Rainbow Unicorn Wig, and Candy Corn Hood!

We’re just days from the launch of Trove – Adventures on the PC, Mac, Xbox One and PlayStation 4! This week we’re going to take an even closer look at some epic new club features coming on November 14th – Fixtures, Adventure NPC, Clubits, and the Adventure Window UI.
Fixtures
Fixtures are pre-built structures that you can set up in your club world to give boosts, spawn vendors, or summon a new type of NPC that grants all-new adventures! Each fixture has a set cost in “Clubits” which is a currency earned in-game and donated to the club by members. In addition to the initial cost there is a weekly Clubit fee to keep the fixtures active.
There are a ton of fixtures available as your club levels up, and every member of the club can help it gain experience by completing adventures. As your club grows you can upgrade your fixtures to provide better buffs and perks.
Types of frameworks include:
- Base – Allow summoning of NPCs & a bank for storing in-game currency used to cover cost of various fixtures.
- Combat – Give buffs to every member of the club that increase their power in PvE (fixture buffs won’t apply in PvP).
- Utility – Special vendors, a fixture that allows your club to place down mounts as a display item to show off your club’s rarest of the rare, and more!
- Ultimate – These are the biggest and best of all the fixtures. Bonuses include giving members a chance to land a double hit when attacking, reducing the rent on all your fixtures, or a chance to refill the flask charges of any member when in fighting enemies.
Club Adventures
The Rally of Heroes fixture is one of the earliest available and it is how Trovians will be able to pick up, and complete, Club Adventures. There is a huge array of objectives available from the different Heroes that give out Adventures.
Complete adventures to earn Adventurine. Adventurine is a new currency you can use to buy items or convert into Clubits to donate to your club to help upgrade and maintain fixtures.
Adventure Window
With Adventures we’re also adding a new interface for tracking all your various objectives. The Adventure Window is a quick guide for seeing what tasks are at hand. You can also drop any accepted adventures directly in the window.
We can’t wait to unleash this massive free expansion to all of you – fortunately, we don’t have to wait much longer!

What secrets do these Crystalized Sun Sparks hold? We may never know - however, they do shimmer with untold power and the promise of greatness.
You’ll find new agents of shadow lurking in the Permafrost Tundra. They aren’t the brightest bulbs, but what they lack in light they more than make up for in bloodlust and shadow-fueled adorableness.
