T-750: Sunny the Lion has his tail segments №3 & №4 swapped

Equipping Sunny the Lion and looking at its tail Okay, so... remember this bug report? https://trovesaurus.com/issues/view/716 The latest update has fixed the issue of missing 2 tail segments. However it has created a new one: Tail segment №3 is assigned to the AP_tail_04 bone, while Tail segment №4 is assigned to the AP_tail_03 bone instead. This results in the tail being "shorter" because 3rd segment appears in place of 4th, while the real 4th segment is clipping through the lion tail tip aka 3rd segment. I believe that swapping which blueprint is assigned to which tail segment should fix the new issue (3rd tail segment to AP_tail_03 bone and 4th tail segment to AP_tail_04 bone respectfully).
