Platform:PC

Context:

Gathered input from ~30 players with 14k~ keepsake almanac caches.

Expected:

At least 1 new memento to drop (there were 20 new mementoes)

Reproduce:

Open tons of keepsake almanac memento vaults and note that none of the Depths mementoes are dropping.
