Platform:PS4

Context:

I was opening chaos chests and after not being in my inventory for 2 seconds I go back and the bug occurred

Expected:

I thought it was a bug that would go away after 5 minutes but other people had this problem for weeks

Reproduce:

I dont know it happens to people randomly
