try using a duped ( or nonduped ) event vault stash to unlock the pinsly ally, notice its the only event collectible the unlocker doesnt unlockActivity

afaik, it shouldnt unlock anything from Event, but good luck! if it does work on Event then it would definitely be a bug either in its functionality or desc

might be stating the obvious here, but event Vault stashes work on Event Vault category of collectables only.
dev move collectables from Event to Event Vault about every half a year i think, i could be wrong here.
but the new Pinsly was just made available and so its still under Event category, meaning the vault not working on it atm is expected, no?
