Were they all online at once as the friends badge has been known to only count people who are online and appearing online

can you provide a screenshot if your "ignored" tab
and can you provide a screenshot to Mastery leaderboard sort it by "Friends" then navigate to the last page where it would show a friend with the lowest mastery
