Context:

entering Deep Sea dragon lair

Expected:

a dragon to be there

Reproduce:

if the biome spawns (dragon lair) on the edge of the map, no dragon will be present

it used to be the case for years, perhaps one of their updates fixed it since I've stopped dragon hunting

when it shared a border with the sea of regret, the 'framework' would be there but no portal or objective/dragon would be present

or the whole biome is empty

when it breaks, does it not spawn a quest objective or an npc to kill?

i would need to get the specific spawn information to reproduce it. Locally we haven't been able to reproduce it. If you can find the broken lair and invite me, I can get the information and possibly reproduce it. For now, i'm marking it as can't reproduce
