T-606: Unexpected interraction: "Pyrodisc" Empowered Gem "Reactive Distance Shielding" (Delve mob modifier)

Platform:PC

Context:

Doing delves with a Pyrodisc Empowered Gem equipped. Pyrodisc's gem ability has triggered and has damaged a reactive distance shielded mob and it lowered my critical hit chance.

Expected:

Description of the "Pyrodisc" Empowered Gem ability suggests that it counts as a close range / melee ability. Reative Distance Shielding delve mob modifier suggests it will reduce player's critical hit chance if attacking a mob with that modifier from a far. I would expect if a player's Pyrodisc has activated and it damages a mob with Reactive Distance Shielding that it would NOT apply a critical hit chance debuff on the player.

Reproduce:

- Have a Pyrodisc Empowered Gem equipped on a class
- Kill delve mobs until Pyrodisc's gem ability has activated
- Approach delve mobs that have the "Reactive Distance Shielding" modifier
- Observe Pyrodisc's gem ability triggering the "Reactive Distance Shielding" debuff (reduced critical hit chance; player's character starts crying)
