Expected:

that the banners are tradable as usual

Reproduce:

craft br banners, they are not tradeable. placing and taking them back makes them tradeable.

in the picture at the bottom there are 3 types that can be traded, then the same ones were crafted again and ended up in their own slots because they cannot be traded.
