T-561: Presidents can't remove bomb permission from Self

Standing in clubworld working with permissions

Expected:

I expect to be able to remove the permission from myself as president

Reproduce:

The patchnotes state: • Club presidents can now remove their own ability to destroy the club world with bombs.

Be president of a club, open clubs menu and tab to the permissions section. Click x to edit permissions.
It does not allow you to scroll left to select the bomb permission under the presidents column.
