playing Solarion class

Expected:

Prismatic Blast ability tooltip to mention Movement Speed buff

Reproduce:

have enough Energy for at least 2 blasts, check your Movement Speed, use Prismatic Blast, after 2nd blast see Movement Speed to increase by +2, which is not stated in tooltip
