T-433: Trying to change Quick Chats via settings

Issue Details

Platform:Xbox

Context:

Tried to change a quickchat to my club : /joinworld chaotic kittens of doom . It will let me set 'chaotic kittens of doo' but when I add the m to doom it just won't set.

Expected:

I expect that when I set the quick-chat it will show up on the circle to use. Instead it says it's set in the settings page but when I exit the settings page and look on the circle reticle the new quickchat isn't visible. (It retains the previous quickchat instead).

It worked years ago but was told by another that they couldn't set it to their quick chat, so I tested on the one I usually have set for /fov 115 and found that it in fact couldn't be set anymore.

Reproduce:

On xbox, go to trove settings -> quick chats.
Choose any of the 4 slots and try to set it to /joinworld chaotic kittens of doom
Exit settings and try the quick chat, it will not have the new command and instead will retain what was previously there.
