doing delves, activating banshee's boon on tomb raiser then going into discovery mode causes the energy to deplete in discovery mode

Expected:

having only combat energy affected by banshee's boon

Reproduce:

In a delve, play as tomb raiser and activate banshee's boon and swap to discovery mode and notice how your discovery mode energy starts depleting
