T-27: Chloromancer dodge animation

**Description:** The Chloromancer dodge is wonky.
**Reproduction steps:**
```
1. Hop on chloromancer
2. start walking
3. Dodge while walking
```**Result:** Chloro does a weird stop before starting to walk again after a dodge
**Expected:** Chloro would seamlessly go back to walking with no sudden stop in it's movement.
