Issue Details

Platform:PC

Context:

Testing class speed for player query

Expected:

Expected the subclass at 35k pr and 40k pr to give 130ms and 135ms retrospectively as per lower levels of 5ms each level.

Reproduce:

Have a kngiht at 40k pr and equip the subclass on another character, mount up and check the movement speed applied. Movement speed whilst mounted should still be at 125 instead. Unsure if new values are to be applied with sunrise update or if 125 was logistical maximum the team wished to allow.

This is intended behavior. Beyond this point the Knight subclass ability's damage reduction shield gets stronger with higher power rank.
